Your Journey, Your Path

America's First Guaranteed Day-5 Blastocyst Program

Traditional IVF often leaves families uncertain about embryo viability. Our Guaranteed Blastocyst Program delivers a defined minimum number of Day-5 embryos — or we repeat the cycle at no additional cost.

Transparent Program Pricing
Guaranteed Day-5 Blastocyst $17,000 each
Frozen egg cohort (6 eggs) $18,000
Frozen eggs (per egg) $3,000
Fresh donor egg cycle $15,000–$25,000

* “Guaranteed” refers to embryo quantity, not pregnancy or live birth. All IVF procedures performed by licensed fertility clinics.

What Is a Blastocyst?

A blastocyst is a Day-5 or Day-6 embryo that has progressed beyond early cell division, forming distinct cell groups that may develop into the fetus and placenta. Blastocysts provide more developmental information before transfer than Day-3 embryos — but do not guarantee pregnancy outcomes.

Blastocyst vs. Day-3 Embryo

Day-5 blastocysts confirm more embryo development before transfer planning begins. Modern IVF clinics prefer blastocyst transfers because they yield clearer embryo counts and support frozen transfer scheduling. EggDonors4All guarantees you reach the blastocyst stage — or we repeat the cycle.

Blastocyst Grading (4AA, 5AA)

Blastocysts may receive grades like 4AA or 5AA from embryologists. Grading describes the embryo's visual appearance — not its genetic makeup or pregnancy potential. PGT-A testing can assess chromosomal normality. Our medical team explains grading at every step.

Families Built. Donors Celebrated.

Real stories from the families and donors who have trusted EggDonors4All for their most important journey.

After multiple failed IVF attempts with frozen eggs, we enrolled in the Guaranteed Blastocyst Program. Four viable embryos were created; the first transfer resulted in a healthy pregnancy. The difference was night and day. We finally felt safe investing in the process.

As a single gay man wanting a family, I was matched with an egg donor in two weeks. Two embryos developed to Day-5; one baby boy born in 2025. The process was seamless, the team compassionate, and the LGBTQ+ support was genuine — not a marketing checkbox.

At 41, after repeated IVF failures, I had nearly given up. Through EggDonors4All, three blastocysts were created. Two transferred, one frozen — and I have my first child. They turned heartbreak into hope. I wish I had found them years ago.

Your Questions, Answered

Honest, physician-reviewed answers about egg donation, blastocysts, costs, and what to expect at every step.

Egg donation is a process where a healthy screened woman provides eggs for assisted reproduction. The eggs are fertilized via IVF, creating embryos that are transferred to the intended mother’s or surrogate’s uterus. EggDonors4All coordinates the full process — donor matching, medical screening, legal contracts, and embryo transfer at your chosen IVF clinic.
A blastocyst is an embryo that has developed for 5–6 days after fertilization. At this stage, it has formed distinct cell groups and provides more developmental information than a Day-3 embryo. Modern IVF clinics prefer blastocyst-stage transfers because they allow better planning before transfer or freezing. Blastocyst grading (e.g., 4AA, 5AA) describes visual appearance — not genetic makeup or pregnancy guarantee.
Egg donors at EggDonors4All earn $6,000–$15,000 or more per donation cycle, with all medical, travel, and lodging expenses fully covered. Donors may donate up to six times. Elite donors and repeat donors may receive higher compensation. The process is fully confidential and physician-supervised throughout.
Yes. EggDonors4All is FDA-registered as a Human Cell and Tissue Establishment and licensed by New York State as a Tissue Bank — both. New York is the only U.S. state that licenses egg donation agencies, making this the highest regulatory standard in the country. We also comply with all ASRM guidelines and are a RESOLVE member.
Absolutely. EggDonors4All proudly serves LGBTQ+ families, same-sex couples, single men, and single women. For same-sex male couples and single men, we offer integrated egg donation + surrogacy coordination. All family types receive the same level of dedicated support and access to our full donor database.

Our Guaranteed Blastocyst Program delivers a defined minimum number of Day-5 embryos from a donor egg IVF cycle. If the minimum is not achieved, the cycle is repeated at no additional charge. Priced at $17,000 per blastocyst. Note: “guaranteed” refers to embryo quantity only, not pregnancy or live birth outcomes.

At EggDonors4All: frozen eggs cost $3,000/egg or $18,000 for a cohort of 6; fresh donor cycles cost $15,000–$25,000 plus IVF clinic fees; Guaranteed Blastocysts are $15,000 each. Total costs including the IVF clinic typically range from $25,000–$50,000. All pricing is fully transparent with no hidden fees — itemized before you sign anything.

Donor candidates must be 18–32 years old, in excellent health, non-smokers, have a healthy BMI, and pass comprehensive medical, genetic (including FDA infectious disease clearance), and psychological screenings. A college education is preferred. All donors undergo physician-supervised screening before being listed in our database.

Fresh donor cycles are fully customized, synchronized with your timeline, and offer maximum personalization — but require 3–6 months. Frozen donor eggs are already retrieved and cryopreserved, allowing treatment to start within weeks. Both options are available at EggDonors4All: fresh cycles from $15,000, frozen cohorts at $18,000 for 6 eggs.

Yes. We serve clients from India, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and 20+ countries. We offer cross-border coordination, clinic referrals in Toronto and Vancouver (Canada), and diverse ethnic donors including South Asian and Indian donors — the largest ethnic donor pool in the USA. Full legal and logistics support for international families.
